The folklore of rock n' roll bands, 2006.

Stewart analyzes and discusses common themes found in folklore stories involving well known rock n' roll groups. Through his research, Stewart shows that the life of a rock star really isn't that glamorous at all; many of them struggle with drug addiction, alcohol abuse, promiscuous sex, and even suffer from premature death. Stewart concludes that a rock star's life isn't all that it's cracked up to be, and even rock stars have tragic problems of their own.
